Abstract

Neurosurgery is an inherently dynamic specialty, developing at a very rapid pace, more so because of the involvement of and its dependence on advanced technology. The international neurosurgical scene is full of cutting edge research presented in dramatic meetings, conferences, workshops and courses. The local neuro-surgical landscape is no exception.
